La S-House est un bâtiment révolutionnaire près de Vienne en Autriche. Il est l’un des premiers bâtiments appliquant le facteur 10. C’est à dire qu’il génèrent 10 fois moins d’impacts lors de sa construction et de son usage qu’un bâtiment de surface et d’usage égal. Son nom de S-House vient du mot Stroh (paille en allemand), en effet la paille est le matériau le plus utulisé dans cette construction.
